Committing to keto might look like a challenging diet but not if you know what to eat. You will need:

Place eggs in a pot, cover completely with water, and bring the water to a boil.
Once water is boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Allow eggs to sit in the hot water for 7 minutes.
Prepare a bowl of ice water. Once eggs are finished, transfer eggs to the ice water to cool completely before peeling.
While eggs are cooling, prepare smoked salmon, spinach and avocado on a plate.
Mix your favorite flavor of protein coffee.
