Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST) on business days are fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase, and all orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays.

How can I track my order shipment?

If you did not receive a shipment confirmation email with shipment tracking info within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your Junk/ Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your Inbox. You can also log into your account to check status of your order. If you still have questions about your shipment, feel free to email us at contactcompletenutrition@gmail.com.

What method is used for shipping?

The default is UPS ground (3 to 7 business days). USPS First Class may also be used when UPS ground is not optimal in your area (5-7 days).

What if I didn't receive an email confirmation for my order?

If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order it most likely means that either your order did not go through, or you may have mis-entered your email address. Please contact us at CompleteCare@completenutrition.com to verify the status of your order and we will respond to you promptly.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Shipments typically take 3 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the time we only ship to all U.S. States and territories, incuding Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, we do not offer an option for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. As we work to improve our online experience, we are looking into adding this option in the near future. Please check back soon for updates, and thank you for shopping with us!

How do I manage my subscription? My account?

Just login to your account here to manage your subscription. You can do a number of things including update your payment details, modify a subscription and check order status.

If at any time within 30 days of your purchase date online you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly refund your purchase (less shipping & handling and a restocking fee). Refund Process

Email us at CompleteCare@completenutrition.com. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and reason for return. A Complete Nutrition Complete Care team member will respond to you as quickly as possible to process your return.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CompleteCare@completenutrition.com.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at CompleteCare@completenutrition.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and item number of the product that has been damaged. Complete Nutrition will replace your item in a timely manner.
