I have been getting the caramel protein coffee for over 3 years now, loved it! Just tried caramel frappe & lawrd, is it good! I drink one in the morning as soon as I get up! If I’m trying to drop a few pounds, I’ll skip lunch and have another and just watch calories for dinner, I have the best results with these shakes! Gives me tons of energy like coffee would, except this is a protein shake and way less calories than coffee bc I love a nice large caramel latte with enough calories for 2 meals!
