Great stuff it has increased my protein levels to normal

I was a little leary of purchasing this item because I am not much of a coffe drinker at all but once again, Complete Nutrition was on point with this product.

I bought this a few weeks ago. The flavor is great! Love the little jolt of energy you get from it. Easiest breakfast ever. Low calories and carbs and almost no sugar. It does have to be shaken really well to blend or use a blender but it's super tasty. I was very pleased that the employee let me on ahead of time how much you need to shake to get it fully mixed but after I knew that it wasn't a problem ever. I don't like mixing it with fruits or veggies but on it's own it's great. Will definitely be buying more!

One flaover. Easy to mix. Have ixed with warm milk and cold milk. Have blended with ice in blender. Great flavor. No chalky after taste.
