 We all love our sweets like brownies and ice cream. Maintaining a nutritional diet and trying to avoid the foods we love can be very difficult. Treat yourself while staying on track with these Fourth of July inspired recipes using our customer favorites.
Chilled Wild Cherry and Blueberry BCAA Popsicles
 1-2 scoops of Ignite BCAAs Wild Cherry
 Add to 8-12oz of water and shake
 Pour into popsicle mold
 Add blueberries
 Freeze until solid (about 4 hours)

High Protein Strawberry Banana Ice Cream
 1 Scoop of Elite Gold Vanilla Protein
 1 cup of bananas (2 bananas)
 1 cup of strawberries
 ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
 2-3 tbsp Almond Milk
 Freeze 2 hours
 Top with fresh fruit
Tempting Chocolate Chip Raspberry Protein Brownie
 Ingredients:
 ¼ cup of oats
 ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 ½ cup Annex Chocolate Protein
 ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
 1 egg
 1 tbsp honey or agave
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2/3 cup Almond Milk
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 ¼ cup chocolate chips
 ½ cup raspberries, broken up
Directions:
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 Prepare baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
 Place oats in food processor and blend until they resemble powder
 Transfer oats to a bowl and add protein and unsweetened cocoa powder
 Whisk together applesauce, egg, honey, vanilla, and almond milk until smooth
 Add to dry ingredients and mix
 Heat coconut oil and chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat
 Stir until melted together
 Gently stir into brownie batter
 Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle raspberries on top.
 Bake for 18-22 minutes or until cooked through.
 Transfer to wire rack and let cool. Cut into bars and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy cold!
