Maine Roast Healthy Recipe Series: Dalgona Protein Coffee

What makes this foamy beverage the It-Drink of the year? It’s super easy to make, it’s decadently yummy, and its whipped peaks are just gorgeous. We tried it with Protein Coffee to give it a protein twist & a serious flavor boost! Decide between Caramel Frappé, Mocha Latte, or Iced Coffee for the creamy dollop on top.



 
STEP 1
Maine Roast Protein Coffee In a bowl combine the Protein Coffee, instant decaf coffee, sugar (or sweetener) and boiling water.

STEP 2
 
Maine Roast Protein Coffee
Use a whisk to vigorously whip the mixture for 15 minutes or until it turns silky smooth and foamy. (For faster results, use a mixer or hand blender.)

STEP 3
Maine Roast Protein Coffee Fill a glass to a bit more than half with the milk. Slowly dollop and swirl the whipped mixture on top of the milk. Enjoy!
