Banana Sauce Pre-Workout Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
- 160g Rolled Oats (2 Cups)
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Large Bananas (or 3 small)
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
Directions:
- Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spray a muffin pan (jumbo preferred) with non-stick spray.
- Throw them in the oven on 350°F for around 25-30 minutes (15-20 for non-jumbo pans).
- Enjoy!
