Banana Sauce Pre-Workout Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 160g Rolled Oats (2 Cups)
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 4 Large Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 Large Bananas (or 3 small)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Directions:

  1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Spray a muffin pan (jumbo preferred) with non-stick spray.
  3. Throw them in the oven on 350°F for around 25-30 minutes (15-20 for non-jumbo pans).
  4. Enjoy!
