Clean and Lean Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree (not seasoned)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavored whey protein powder
  • ½ banana
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 pitted dates
  • ½ cup fat-free or low-fat organic vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
