Clean and Lean Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree (not seasoned)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavored whey protein powder
- ½ banana
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- Dash of ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 pitted dates
- ½ cup fat-free or low-fat organic vanilla yogurt
- 2 ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
