Nancy's Transformation

NANCY’S STORY:

In August of 2013 I was ready to make a change in my life, and after hearing about Complete Nutrition’s reFirm weight loss product I was curious, but not enough to have the courage to actually walk in the store.

You see I was 281 lbs and a size 24/3x. I was embarrassed to walk into a place where everyone was fit and fabulous. I had this idea that only body builders and athletes went to Complete Nutrition, but my husband talked me into just checking it out. I met Michael on that first visit. He was so kind and understanding of my weight loss goals. He explained the products thoroughly and designed a plan fit just for me. His faith in me, and non-judgmental attitude gave me the motivation to get started. I remember when I left he gave me some encouraging words and said “keep in touch”. I thought “wow, he really believes in my success!” I felt more determined than ever to succeed!

Almost a year later, I have lost 90 lbs and I’m closing in on that hundred! I have changed in so many ways I can’t list them all in 300 words or less, but I will say this, yes I have changed on the outside, the results have made people admire me and that feels incredible, but the way I feel about myself on the inside is the most rewarding.

On a very personal note, my mom recently passed away and the last time I saw her was on Mother’s Day. She had not seen me since my weight loss. One of the last things she said was to me was “let me look at you, you’re my new Nancy, you look beautiful, I’m so proud of you, keep it up”. She passed the day my husband and I were in Disney renewing our wedding vows for our 25th anniversary. It is so hard to understand the timing of things sometime, but I do know this, I am so blessed to have been able to share this success with my mom and I know I will continue to make her proud as I continue on my weight loss journey.
