Homemade High Protein Ice Cream Recipe

When the heat is on, cool off with high protein ice cream. That’s right! We said ice cream! Our version is high in protein and low in fat and calories so you can enjoy it guilt-free. We love strawberry banana, but sky’s the limit when it comes to flavor combinations. Mix ‘n match your favorite V-Core flavor, such as Chocolate, Vanilla Bean or Orange Creamsicle, with your favorite fruits to create your own signature flavors!

High Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

4 c. frozen fruit; our version uses 2 cups of quartered frozen banana & 2 cups frozen strawberries
1 c. low-fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop V-Core Vanilla Bean Protein or flavor of your choice
½ c. Almond Milk

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender cup and mix until combined and smooth. Divide mixture between 3 bowls and place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until soft-frozen. Enjoy!
