Make Morning Workouts Happen
Mar 02, 2017
Struggling to be consistent with your fitness routine? Make morning workouts a priority, even if they need to be shortened. Studies show people who exercise in the morning are more consistent and also benefit by:
- enhanced immunity and improved sleep.
- greater productivity and positivity.
- improved blood sugar control and decreased risk for diabetes.
- greater muscle gains due to naturally elevated testosterone levels in the morning.
If that’s not incentive enough to skip the snooze, give yourself a helping hand and choose your workout clothes the night before so you are ready to go!
