Trim one side of your sweet potato flat so it can rest. Carefully create slices ¼ inch thick the length of the sweet potato. Place them on high heat in your toaster until golden brown on the outside and fork tender on the inside. This generally takes 10-15 minutes. If you want to make a batch full, you may bake them in your oven at 450° F, flipping every 5 minutes for about 15 minutes total.
