Mark Made Big Changes with Exercise and Diet

I began using Complete Nutrition products in mid-January 2011, after watching the Biggest Loser on television one night. I decided I needed to change my life. I am a former Air Force Security Forces, who lost the use of one lung and was discharged after Enduring Freedom. I was no longer able to run or exercise like I had in the military. I gained 30 pounds pushing me up to 210 pounds. I began with Reveal without much success (a few pounds here and there) then switched over to CTS360 with Tone and talk about a change!

I dropped 34 lbs in 60 days. I then plateaued and kept fluctuating between 179 lbs and 176 lbs.

I’ve lost 45 lbs, and gone from wearing size 38 loose fit pants to size 33 regular fit. Another nice thing: no more extra large shirts. All this with very limited exercise (one lung) and better food choices for appetite control.

I’ve since stopped using Charger but continue to use Complete Active MVP and I’ve been able to maintain my new look. Thanks to Compete Nutrition, I’m feeling great and have energy to spare.
